Growth
Walthrope Campus brings together students from universities across Ghana to build real projects, work in teams, and learn by doing. We run cohort-based innovation cycles where you apply, get matched into teams, and progress through levels with guidance from an AI coach and support from judges and mentors.
Whether you're building a product, solving a challenge, or exploring an idea, the platform gives you structure and feedback: team chat, file uploads, deadlines, and a judge dashboard so your work is seen and scored fairly.
Our goal is to help the next generation of innovators develop skills, collaborate across institutions, and ship something they're proud of. Apply when a cohort is open, or browse cohorts to see what's running.
"We are not building another student platform. We are building a founder network."
How the cohort
journey works.
Six clear phases from application to launch. No ambiguity — just momentum.
01
Apply
Tell us what you build and where you shine.
02
Get matched
Cross-campus teams shaped by skills—not luck.
03
Build
Ship weekly with structured venture milestones.
04
Validate
Judges, mentors, and users sharpen your thesis.
05
Pitch
Demo day energy—real stakes, real feedback.
06
Launch
Graduate from campus lab to live venture.
Why this matters
Africa's future companies will be built by connected young innovators.
Most students are trained to pass exams, but very few are given the structure, team environment, mentorship, and exposure needed to build companies.
Walthrope Campus helps students move beyond isolated learning into real collaboration, execution, and founder-level thinking.
01
Cross-campus teams
Students are matched across schools, disciplines, skills, and interests — building the diversity real startups need from day one.
02
Structured building
Cohorts move through clear phases: apply, match, build, validate, pitch, and launch. No ambiguity, just momentum.
03
Real venture outcomes
The goal is not only participation. The goal is to help student teams become real startups that outlast the cohort.
